Lake Davenport Estates is a beautiful subdivision in Central Florida.   We are located 8 miles from the Disney park entrance. The subdivision is one mile south on Rt 27 from the junction of Rt 27 and Rt 192.  The area is known as Four Corners as four different counties come together at the Rt 27 + Rt 192 junction.

There are approximately 220 houses and about 70% are short term rental homes.  We own 6 homes in the neighborhood and also take care of our good friends home when they are back in Great Britain.    We love the neighborhood and enjoy being at home here.

There is a community pool near the park area that is open every day.  Also, there is a tennis court, basketball court, and a playground.

A new Super Wal-Mart was built about 1 mile north on Rt 27.  There are also several Walgreen drug stores in the area.  There are 3 grocery stores within two miles of the subdivision.   Many restaurants deliver to the area.

From our area, it is easy to get to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.  We like the Gulf side a little more.  It does take about 15 minutes longer to get there.
