The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 stories with 3 and a half baths, and screened pool. With over 2500 sq. ft. of living space it is time to be on vacation. The house is fully equipped for up to 12 people.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and cable TV. The master bath has a huge shower and a garden tub. There are double sinks in the vanity. There are extra linens and towels in the linen closet. All bathrooms have hand-held hair dryers. On the first level is another bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV.
The large living room has a full-size couch, love seat, and chair, TV, VCR, and DVD. The living room is open to the upper level.
There is a formal dining room that seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast table that also has seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric smooth top range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator with ice dispenser. The cabinets are stocked with dishes for 12, silverware, pans, coffee pot, teapot, mixer, toaster, and many small utensils.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two full baths. There is a second master bedroom with a queen bed and has a bath inside the bedroom. There is another bedroom with a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms is done in 101 Dalmatians.
On the first floor is also the laundry room with the washer, dryer and iron and ironing board.
Also, this is where the pool towels are located.
The kitchen patio door opens to the beautiful pool. There is a second door to the pool from the master bathroom. The pool faces the south for the best exposure to the sun. There are pool chairs and lounge chairs. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and lighted for night time swimming. There are stairs on the shallow end of the pool with a 3’ depth and at the other end of the pool, it is 6’ deep. The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater that can be turned on for an additional charge of $110. a week.
The home is protected by an ADT security system. The codes and house key information will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before your vacation begins after the balance is paid. There is a free US long distance phone service. The home is maintained for us by a property management company that oversees maintenance and they are available 24 hours a day for any problems.
RATES FOR OUR 6 BEDROOM HOME
Weekly $800. 00 (except Holiday weeks)
Holiday weeks $900.00 ( Week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
The fine print:
1.) There is a 12% Fl. taxes added to these prices.
2.) A $200 deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
3.) The balance is due 30 days prior to your vacation.
4.) The only additional option is the pool heater. The fee for that is $110.
