Thank you for your interest in our house. We are the owners of this house and know you will love the house as much as we do.
The house is a 5 bedroom, 2 story with 3 full baths and screened pool. With over 2500 sq. ft. of living space it is time to be on vacation. The house is fully equipped for up to 12 people.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and cable TV. The master bath has a huge shower and a garden tub. There are double sinks in the vanity and a separate water closet. There are extra linens and towels in the linen closet. All bathrooms have hand-held hair dryers. On the first level is another bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed. Across the hall from this bedroom is an additional full bath with shower.
The large living room has two full couches and two loveseats. There is cable tv, VCR and DVD. The living room is open to the upper level.
There is a formal dining room that seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast table that also has seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator with ice dispenser. The cabinets are stocked with dishes for 12, silverware, pans, coffee pot, teapot, mixer, toaster, and many small utensils.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bath. The third and fourth bedrooms have two sets of twin beds and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own large closet and extra linens. One of the upstairs bedrooms is done in Finding Nemo décor.
On the first floor is also the laundry room with the washer, dryer and iron and ironing board.
Also, this is where the pool towels are located.
Now for the pool. The pool is beautiful. It faces the west for the best exposure to the sun. There are pool chairs and lounge chairs. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and lighted for night time swimming. There are stairs on the shallow end of the pool with a 3’ depth and at the other end of the pool, it is 7’ deep. There is also a spa located in the pool area. The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater that can be turned on for an additional charge of $110. A week.
The home is protected by an ADT security system. The codes and house key information will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before your vacation begins. The home is maintained for us by a property management company that oversees maintenance and they are available 24 hours a day for any problems.
There is no smoking and no pets are allowed.
There is wifi.
RATES FOR OUR 5 BEDROOM HOME
Weekly $800. 00 (except Holiday weeks)
Holiday weeks $900.00 ( Week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
The fine print:
1.) There is a 12% Fl. taxes added to these prices.
2.) A $200 deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
3.) The balance is due 60 days prior to your vacation.
4.) The only additional option is the pool heater. The fee for that is $110.
