The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a screened pool. With over 2000 sq. ft. of living space it is time to be on vacation. The house is fully equipped for up to 8 people.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and cable TV. The master bath has a huge shower and a garden tub. There are double sinks in the vanity and a separate water closet. There is also a door from the master bath out to the pool area. There are extra linens and towels in the linen closet. All bathrooms have hand-held hair dryers. The large living room has one full couch and two loveseats and here is cable TV, VCR, and DVD.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator with ice dispenser. The cabinets are stocked with dishes for 10, silverware, pans, coffee pot, teapot, mixer, toaster, and many small utensils.
There are three additional bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the next has a full size and the last has a set of twin beds. There is also the laundry room with the washer, dryer and iron and ironing board. There are pool towels located in the laundry room.
The pool is beautiful there are pool chairs and lounge chairs. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and lighted for nighttime swimming. There are stairs on the shallow end of the pool with a 3’ depth and at the other end of the pool, it is 6’ deep. The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater that can be turned on for an additional charge of $110 a week.
The home is protected by an ADT security system. The codes and house key information will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before your vacation begins. A property management company maintains the home for us that overseas maintenance and they are available 24 hours a day for any problems.

RATES FOR OUR 4 BEDROOM HOME
Weekly $600. 00 (except Holiday weeks)
Holiday weeks $700.00 ( Week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
The fine print:
1.) There is a 12% Fl. taxes added to these prices.
2.) A $200 deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
3.) The balance is due 30 days prior to your vacation.
4.) The only additional option is the pool heater. The fee for that is $110.
